COD WAW is actually tracked at like 1.2 million on here, and still selling. It could end up somewhere close to 2 million, and MW2 could probably sell more than 2 million on wii. You'd think that activision would want that many more units sold but who knows because we have no confirmation.

I would definately pick it up.



Support good third party games on wii. Buy games like house of the dead overkill, de blob, madworld, the conduit and boom blox.

if mass effect and lost planet dont need the ps3.i dont think codmw2 "needs" the wii.
i dont think they care much about that codww million seller on the wii.

Didn't we have a dev on here confirm it's coming to the Wii and that IW is making it? bardcverse maybe?

I'm assuming he's telling the truth, so there will probably be official confirmation soon.

No, Im not talking about these sources, Im talking about things Ive heard from the industry side. Its no uncommon knowledge when you know many game design artists what game is hiring people. For example I know guys who worked on Halo 3, Half Life 2, etc. Artists are project to project hires, so knowing that IW was gathering people for 2 versions of MW2 (HD and Wii) only takes scratching the surface a little bit.

He apparently is a indie developer.

Then why would they not mention it in the GI 10 page exclusive? There is no hint of a Wii version at all. Don't you think IW would mention a Wii version if they showed the first details of the game?
