THis is a complicated question ith a very simple answer.
No images that you see are actual people. Photographs are not actual people, they are just representations of the person being photographed, albeit in the most realistic way that's possible in two dimensions.
A drawing or rendering of a human being is a representation of a person in the same way that a photograph is, the same way that a story is, and the same way that the image you carry around in your head is. None of them are real.
I find being attracted to representations of people acceptable as a rule, so there's nothing more inherently wrong with a video game character than a Playboy model, even if the representation in a video game is much more exaggerated.
That was painful to read...
