That's what I thought. I have the issue and the spot is barely noticeable. I only noticed after looking at a close up scan online, which meant I knew where to look. (I can't provide a scan of it, so don't ask)

It'd be great if it is Pikmin 3, I'm a subscriber to Edge and would love to read an in-depth feature on Pikmin 3 next month. I don't see it happening though. Sorry!

There's no doubt in my mind that the game Nintendo wanted shelf space for is Pokémon Heart Gold/Soul Silver.

I just put this post in the Craig Harris Secret Nintendo game post, but it also belongs here.

What could come out of this so called press conference. 1. Since nintendo is showing off a game early to the press that could in turn mean that they have more games to show off at E3. It would be better to show off a couple of games first before E3 so they will not get overshadowed at the E3 press conference. It just feels like this E3 will be special just like E3 in 2006. I think that they want to get that magic back since the first showing of the Wii and its games. Shit who really knows what the hell Nintendo will do, lets just hope that its better than last year. This so called game that Craig Harris is talking about, i believe that it is Pikmin 3. I believe that they will consider this game a bridge game like Mario Kart and not necessarlly a hardcore game.

i agree in thinking its pikmin 3. ive been told its in the top 5 wii games released so that kinda rules out a new IP. and no nintendo wont think of it as a hardcore game because hardly any of its core games are hardcore. the only ones i can really think of is metroid prime 3 and disaster.

i also think nintendo will try to make pikmim 3 a bridge title like mario kart. it's looks like it has the potential to, anyway.

What trailer? All I saw was a bunch of footage from Pikmin 2.

 

Not a single thing in that video wasn't already in Pikmin 2. On top of that, there was no pointer visible.
