Looks like Endless Ocean on Land. Drive around, take photographs, probably collect data and evidence. Maybe run for your life from time to time. Whatever it is, I'm impressed. Long ago (back at VGcharts.org) that this was my most anticipated PS3 game. It's still fairly high on the list.
