Hm, i might pick that up for the GF when I get a PS3. She liked pokemon snap. The onrails always moving aspect of that game completly ruined it for me though. It annoyed her a bit too.

Dissapointed with the graphics. Severly.

They didn't even show off any cool time of day or weather scenarios.

yeah.... i would be into it if one of the draws for that game was its graphical power, with sandstorms, raging rivers, and animals being snatched up by the river banks from crocodiles.
Basically if it was a playable version of Planet Earth.
Which by the way is awesome on Blu-Ray

I'm here! This is exactly the type of game I was hoping it would be.

But as others have stated... the graphics saw a noticable drop off. I'm guessing that the game suffered a case of Killzone-itis, and they showed FMV instead of actual in-game footage.

Oh well, more games like this please, Sony!

They are good, I agree. But seriously, go look up the old trailer. The graphics are a-freaking-stonishing. Quite possibly the best I had ever seen, no joke. Now... they're very good. The only reason it's disappointing is because they were even better before.
