Dwayne Johnson to star in Gears of War movie?

Chris Morgan has recently started to write the script for the new 'Gears of War' Movie, and has now started to create a list of people to take up parts in the film. With Marcus Fenix as the most important character.

Although Cliff Bleszinski has said that he preferred a player in the line of Sean Penn, Morgan told MTV that he prefers Actor and wrestler Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for the part. Morgan said "They need to find someone who is a good player that is more than a hard and silent type. Morgan went on to say "I think The Rock is amazing. He is a genuine actor.

Everything seems to be coming into place for the movie, lets just hope it works out

Interesting... i doubt hed be able to pull of Marcus, but the film will be "Epic" anyway

What the hell is Cliff Smoking...Sean Penn....That would be a debacle...Vin Diesel would be better than penn...Cliff must have secrectly joking...I mean I've seen alot of Sean penn movies...But No way he can a Gears Of War Movie..Or would take it...

Hmm...that is true. Rourke is only around 6 feet. But, they will be wearing those big ass outfits. Just pad Rourkes a couple inches and alls good.
