I'm thinking IF Mass Effect 2 makes the "jump out" the PS3 would need to get the first one as well because you can use the data from the 1st on to effect who you are in the second one.

I'm actually thinking that there is a chance of this happening but a higher chance of Left 4 Dead getting a port being made by EA (but not valve). Potentially, the PS3 could steal a lot of exclusives at e3 but I don't think there will be many if any more revealed this year. We already have ToV and Ninja Gaiden 2 jumping consoles this year. I think Sony need to make sure they remain distinguishable from the 360.

ninja gaiden 2 was published by microsoft that didn't stop it from going multiplatform if Konami doing a port ignoring kojima

mass effect 2 it's getting ported.

If FF goes they all go. MGS, Gears, Versus Mass Effect. Theres no this definitely will and this definitely wont.
While part of me likes exclusives because it helps to set consoles apart, I know that deep down its pointless and only people who think Ninty, MS or Sony are more interested in bragging rights than cash, really think its important.

There are still a lot of people that love the series but haven't bought a PS3 and are still waiting for a Xbox360 release.

I think at this point in time, a (good) 360 MGS4 would only be beneficial for Konami and it would allow many, many gamers to experience this great game.

Hell, if there are enough extras i'll buy the game for 360 as well (if they don't release it for the PS3 that is, though i'm sure they will).
