Forums - Sony - Sony's early announcement give Microsoft too much time to respond. ex. Home

Sony hyped up begeeza out of Home in 2007 and then in 2008, Microsoft effectively responded and unveiled NXE and Avatars and launched it before Home. Had sony kept it quiet, they could have blind sided Microsoft and been the leaders of online. Sony's long hype of Killzone 2 also allowed Microsoft to coincide the Killzone 2 launch with Halo Wars and Halo 3 mythic map pack. We could say the same about FF XIII, Tekken 6, and so many others. Every announcement that Sony makes, Microsoft is taking notes on how to respond

I agree, Ninty and MS seem to keep there cards close to their chest, as SONY like to make themselves known and go all in with the announcements.

id have to agree, majority of sony's annoucements come years before anything is acually released while microsoft waits until its nearly finished

I agree, Sony announces stuff way too early.

PS One/2/p/3slim/Vita owner. I survived the Apocalyps3/Collaps3 and all I got was this lousy signature.
