Hey, we still have yet to find out if it sucks (ok, I didn't realize I was on the train for starcraft 2). I still have faith that blizzard will put out an awesome game. If not, I still play starcraft with my friends.

I've yet to say any evidence that it could be a good game. But you're right that maybe it is harsh to judge a game before its release.

we shall see

I will stick to only this generation.

The biggest failure for me has been Nintendo. I was a huge Nintendo fan from the NES through the 64. Then with the Gamecube I waited, and waited, but all of their games that had made their systems special took horrible turns. Zelda went 2d cell shaded blah, Mario got gay in the sun,
and Starfox became an adventure game. I wnated Mario to be the same fun muture experiance I had had on 64, where were Banjo and Kazooi, James Bond, Crusin USA, Rush, Perfect Dark, Donkey Kong and all the other awsome games that made the 64 one of the best consoles ever.

Anyway, I got really exited for the return of Nintendo when the Revelutiuon was announced, and I have to say that the reviel of, launch of, and life to date of the now Wii, is the biggest let down I have ever experianced as a gamer. Sorry that this is a little outside of the question, but I think that it is just as important to note the dissapointing launch of a console, plus I am still unimpressed by the lack of great games that made Nintendo Number one in my book untell round 2002.

hang on... You said you would stick to this gen, then complained about how the gamecube had no good games... This makes no sense because those franchises you mentioned that 'sucked' on the gamecube (bar starfox) have absolutely awesome sequels on the Wii, and well and truly rectified any let downs on the gamecube (even though cell shaded zelda is quite popular anyway)

Check out my pyro tf2 vid :)

Bet With routsounmanman: By the end of Q1 2008 Capcom WONT have announced a RE5 Wii Edition OR a new RE (classic gameplay) for the Wii (WON)

I'm playing VG for 20 years now so I had a lot of disappointments...

Most recently : GTA 4, Assasin Creed, COD WAW...

Evan Wells (Uncharted 2): I think the differences that you see between any two games has much more to do with the developer than whether it’s on the Xbox or PS3.

Glad I'm not the only one that noticed this lol.  Mario "got gay in the sun" but then became the second highest rated game ever when he came to Wii.  Makes no sense to me sir.

The Gamecube isn't this generation.

Wind Waker was 3D, you don't seem to understand what cel-shading is.

What was "muture" about Mario on the 64?

And did you not get the news that Rare was bought by Microsoft?

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

Same here. I remembered all the fun JA gave me and was hoping for another great game.

I started to predict game will be shit when trailers and gameplay movies surfaced and demo fully confirmed this :(

GTA 4 has this one in the bag.

Far Cry 2. It didn't "suck" but it was just very flawed.
