I think most celebrities, without makeup, would still be a 7 or so. With the photoshop and effects, that's what pushes them up a few points.

1-5 Maybe if I was really drunk and she had a paper bag over her head than maybe.
6-10 I'd tap that.

Pacman taught people to run around in dark rooms munching on pills while listening to repettive techno music and for that I somewhat idolise him.

LOL...i pick on my sister-in-law and say that my 1-10 is a scale that ranges from her to scarlett johansen. Now that I think about it...it's kinda mean

If anything I agree with Lolita, I prefer natural beauty over fake anyday. My wife is like that...she never wears makeup and she never has to. I would rae Megan Fox at a 7 at most.
