Counterstrike has been out for 9 years.

Counter-Strike is awesome, but it hasn't withstood the test of time. CT is still badass to me; if only I could still find one of my friends who still played it.

When someone announces anything dubbed "best ever" I settle in for a long wait with a huge disappointment attached to the business end.

medal of honor heroes 2 for the psp is so damn solid...i havent enjoyed any online game as much,the multiplayer is so addictive

i hope they are working on the next medal of honor game, for it is the only true fps

Valve has had the next generation of Counter-Strike in planning for a while. I expect to see something on it with HL2:Ep3 aka the best FPS released up till the release of Half-Life 3.

HL3 would be the best FPS ever. The new episode wouldn't. If they truly are working on HL3, I'd say that their claim has merit to it. Otherwise...I'm hard pressed to think what they mean. System Shock 3?

EA has nothing to do with Valve other than licensing their titles to sell retail copies...
