Forums - Sony - Rumour: No More Heroes developer working on PS3 game

Metal Gear Solid's composer is reportedly working on a number of new projects, including a PlayStation 3 game from Grasshopper Manufacture.

Composer and Producer Norihiko Hibino, best known for his work on the Metal Gear Solid soundtrack, is working on a number of projects along with his company GEM Impact, of which he is CEO.

Within the list of the company's 2009 projects is a new PlayStation 3 title from Japanese developer Grasshopper Manufacture, the folks behind the critically acclaimed PlayStation 2 games Flower, Sun, and Rain, Killer 7 and the Nintendo Wii's No More Heroes.

"Grasshopper Manufacture "New Title" (PS3, Worldwide)," the website reads.

Although Norihiko Hibino's company website only lists the game for the PlayStation 3, we have a sneaking suspicion that this might be Suda51's Horror Project, which is said to be in the works for the Xbox 360, PC and Nintendo Wii as wella s the PlayStation 3.

NO MORE HEROES: SECOND THOUGHT

No, they're pretty small-fry in the scheme of things (they were *elated* to sell 400k copies of No More Heroes).

If we are just hearing about it now I bet it is more like 2010 when we will see this

Hmm, sounds good to me. I'm sure this will show up at E3.

I don't think it will be exclusive. He also lists Bayonetta for PS3 only. This is probably Grasshopper's Kafka-inspired horror project, and that's supposed to be multiplatform.
