Are there any games that implemented using 2 wiimotes? (No, using 2 players does not count.)
What kind of games could benefit from having 2 pointers?
It's be awesome to have some kind of "training" games to be ambidextous, no?

I could only see it working as an easter egg in a full game. For example the option to dual wield lightsabers in a Star Wars game once you finish it or dual wielding pistols for a second playthrough in shoot 'em up. I think it would be too much of a risk to base a whole game around it.

Agreed.
But that shouldn't stop devs to invent new gameplay.
It's their job, after all :)
