Can you rent consoles from your DVD/game rental stores? That's one way to play on other consoles without forking out hunnerds of money.

Me, I'm unlikely. Though will almost definitely rent it out and if I like it I may pick up a used copy in a year or so.

Only game I'm certain of buying new is Valkyria Chronicles, which I notice Infamous8 left off his list of cumulative reasons to get a PS3.
