Probably, yes. I found GT5:P to be an underwhelming demo, considering the price. In fact, were I a suspicious man, I would claim that threads like these might have the ulterior motive of hyping the next big Sony exclusive, rather than being based upon a genuine opinion. I've seen the hypetrain for GT5 starting to kick in lately, and I'm very excited for the game also...but the demo being better than MGS4? Blasphemy.

And yes, I call it a demo. The reason is, because when it sold so well, Sony fans told me "And that was just the demo!"

However, during its release they told me that it was a full game, and that I was flaming when I called it a demo.

The last thing, chronologically, that I was told from Sony fanboys, was that the game was indeed a demo, and to "just wait" and see how well the actual game sells.

Well since the J man did not like mgs 4 and played gt5p to death then no your not the only one.

I ran out of steam on MGS4 a few weeks after I bought it, I still go back to GT5:P from time to time for an arcade race, or something.

And I think it might be my favourite game this generation O_o

I doubt you are the only one. At first I loved GT5:P but lately I have been coming to grips with reatlity, and I have discovered that GT is a consumer F'ing master. My hopes are very slim for GT5 full thanks to the zero effort attempts put forth on the franchise since its launch in 1997. Prettier games, with the same gameplay, tracks, features, and less is not what I am looking for from games.
