I can't wait for this if it's all true! They should really make a Pokemon game for Wii in 3D too but the chances of that are almost none.

Gold is my favourite version of Pokemon. I lost my GB version of it years ago, sadly. If this rumour is true, I'll be very happy.

the amazing of all would have been a 3D remake of G/S/C for Wii

too bad it will never happen, Nintendo is too lazy to make this kind of big stuff for Wii

but the truth is that a G/S remake would raise Wii sales in Japan



don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

I don't want Nintendo to abuse its second parties..

Gamefreak is focused on handheld development and for Nintendo to walk in, crack a whip and say "Make a game for Wii" would have negative consequences.

I also agree with you, and yes, i hate to see unnecesary evolutions and pre-eveloutions, i think the only one worth adding evolutions is Eevee, because the Eevolutions are just awesome: Flareon, Jolteon, Vaporeon, Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon and Glaceon...

Gamefreak is focused on handheld development and for Nintendo to walk in, crack a whip and say "Make a game for Wii" would have negative consequences.

On top of that, think how much revenue GameFreak/Nintendo would get on the DS games compared to a console game. Cheaper to manufacture with high sales...

To be fair, pokemon have never really been really original or much diffrent from previous ones. For example G/S/C had Sentret as that normal type rodent that you find everywhere, Hoothoot as the bird poke obviously based on a real bird, espeon as the cat pokemon, etc. But... I don't know how you can compare a cottonweed (hopip) to a cherry(Cherubi), though >.>

Also to be honest. Dppt may have added more evos than G/S/C almost all of them in DPPt were completely necessary to balance those pokes out. Almost every pokemos that got a new evo sucked before, now they have someone good to evolve to. Also, G/S/C had more pre-evos which are just usless, imo.

Also unique doesn't always mean better... :P Just my input.
