Forums - Nintendo - Who is NOT buying The Conduit

Not really my kind of game. Just not a bit shooter fan, and if I buy them it's for the online multiplayer with my roommates, who all own PS3's so it would be pointless.

Unless there is enormously compelling reasons to get The Conduit, besides "Well it has a way to customize the controls a bajillion ways" I am going to pass on it. I have enough FPS t itles at this point. I also own all 3 home consoles, so I don't need to get one for the Wii. I consider Red Steel my unplayed Wii FPS, which remains that so I don't need to play any other on the Wii.

Well, when The Conduit hits $30, MAYBE I pick it up down the road.

You would rather consider Red Steel, an old and mediocre FPS, your unplayed Wii FPS? You must not think much of your Wii to not even give it a chance with a genre it has potential in.

Add me for Pokemon, New Leaf, and Fire Emblem, Mario Kart 8.

EEP! An FPS!

No.

WHERE IS MY KORORINPA 3

Nope. I didn't buy GeoW1/2, R1/2, KZ2 when they came out, and from my perspective this thing doesn't look much better single player wise. Too generic, not enough gameplay variety to keep me interested long enough. Will keep an eye on it though, maybe I'll be proven wrong when it get released finally.

//On a sidenote, recent info about RS2 got me hyped. I think I'd like this kind of experience, so it could be my first FPS on Wii (not counting MP3, of course), but not The Conduit.

I probably won't. Looks just like any generic shooter to me, there's plenty of them I've been avoiding on X360 & PS3 as well. If gets like 95 on metacritic I may have to check it out, but otherwise, meh.

Also for anyone in america it's launched on the same day as Little King's Story, so if you pick up the Conduit over LKS: fail.

no way this takes me away from KZ2.

Me, and 99% of the other people who own Wiis.

You do not have the right to never be offended.

After regretting purchasing Resistance 2 and Killzone 2, I've come to the conclusion that I'm sick to death of FPS.

For Wii only owners though, this game should be a breath of fresh air.

im not i dont like fps's

The Conduit is no Perfect Dark, that's for sure!

I'll be buying it though..
