GTA IV for the Xbox360 just crossed 7 million!

Almost half of the sales happend in the first week, which shows that this game was hyped like just a few other games before.

Rockstar must be happy. With the rumored bundle, sales will increase even further.

As an interesting note: The first of the 2 DLCs is estimated to hit 1 million downloads. The second DLC should be out in October.

Using 100 weeks messes up the numbers. Set it to 52 weeks, and you'll get 6,995,229. Agreed, still not 7 million, but darned close. I believe that the VGChartz way of counting might be slightly off, or there is some inconsistency in the numbers.

 Don't Forget the PC numbers....  retail, Steam and D2D number.
