Yes MW is better than Halo, imo.

Cod 4 shares 3 platforms...Halo 3 is only on Xbox 360......

i9 think ODST will beat MW2 and Halo 3 will beat ODST. MW2 will not break Halo 3s opening day. Halo was/is the must own game for the 360 and pretty much everyone who bought a 360 bought it for that game. the same cant be said bout MW2. The only way MW2 might be bigger is combining sales of PS3 and the 360.

I bet this game would break record. 360: 8-9mn, ps3: 5-7mn

Call of duty sucks i mean the only game i played in the franchise was WAW and it sucked like hell only the campaign was good. To say the truth lots of people trying to get into the COD games abandoned it when they bought their first COD game which was 5 at least i am one. Halo 3 is way better with 4 plays parties and great multiplayer i wouldn't expect more than 2 mil from the 360 version.
