While I don't like the cost of DLC in any game, this seems to be the going rate :/ So i got it.

QFT, When DLC is released this close to the release date, you know it was completed by the release date and therefore should have been on the disk. I'm a huge Gears fan and I was appauled that they dropped a map pack 3 weeks after the games release, I have yet to buy either of the two due to the nickle and diming bs that games(especially good selling games like Gears/KZ) are pulling.

Besides, I'm too busy trying to plat Uncharted before inFamous releases...

Good point, this whole DLC stuff really has been getting on my nerves too. I do end up caving half the time though, but usually not for map packs.

i'm not liking the new train map...it's just long...very parallel...

vekta is pretty good....especially for bomb planting missions....whoever controls the upper level of each site is going to end up destroying/protecting it...

I think the worst part is that they're charging for it so early into the game's release. They probably could've added these at launch for free.

It's already bad enough that this is gonna fragment the community abit but apparently if you don't have the DLC, you can't even join the servers that have any of the maps in their rotation.

I'm also hearing alot of bad about the Cruiser's framerate.

I heard the cruiser was amazing, especially because it's one of the few bright maps.

I agree screw DLC especially when they shouldve been in the game in the first place. But developers need to make more money somehow in this miserable economy

Although I don't like having to pay for DLC I may pick this up soon as I think GG deserves the support for making such a fantastic game.

uh, no brainer for me as soon as I get my PS3 back. I play KZ too much to not get new maps. $6 split between 4 or 5 people is nothing, btw.
