Wait for gameplay because I liked what I read but I dont like what I see so far.
The enemies got donations from the past, seeing as they are poor people. People from the 70's wanted to buy some new pants. John Travolta was the owner of that pair in the first pic actually, confirmed by Guillemot himself.
And yeah the pants look terrible, they should change that.

Well by the looks of things they seem to be wearing a somewhat modernised version of samurai clothing.

Pacman taught people to run around in dark rooms munching on pills while listening to repettive techno music and for that I somewhat idolise him.

I was going to say that exact thing!
Looks like a futuristic/western/samurai cross. The scans look as if this is set in some sort of modern city that has a lay out similar to that of that to which you see in western films.
Of the small amount we can actually see, the buildings look like japanese achitecture.
So far I think that the game looks good, although there does not seem to be that much going on.
