actually, I'm pretty sure that he didn't use a teleprompter a lot of the time. I mean, he was a sports broadcaster and an actor before he became president, so he did know how to speak on his feet. Regardless of whether he used a teleprompter or not during his speeches, Reagan was unquestionably capable of speaking articulately without one. No president since has been able to do that. Also, Obama does say "um" and "uh" (and "listen"; drives me crazy when people do that) a lot more than Bush, but he doesn't make the other kinds of mistakes that Bush did.

Not trying to be a fanboy. Of course, it's hard when you own the best console eve... dang it

I'm too amused that Obama completly schooled the reigning NCAA women's basketball champions in PIG to really be annoyed at anything he does right now. He doesn't even miss one on purpose to give them some credibility. Guy is ruthless.
