Anyone else annoyed how Obama says uh and um so many times during speeches?

Come on halogamer...Reagan used a teleprompter all the time it did not write any of his own speeches.  To claim otherwise is just wrong.  Does that make him a bad President?  No, who gives a shit.  Its a teleprompter.

 

actually, I'm pretty sure that he didn't use a teleprompter a lot of the time. I mean, he was a sports broadcaster and an actor before he became president, so he did know how to speak on his feet. Regardless of whether he used a teleprompter or not during his speeches, Reagan was unquestionably capable of speaking articulately without one. No president since has been able to do that. Also, Obama does say "um" and "uh" (and "listen"; drives me crazy when people do that)  a lot more than Bush, but he doesn't make the other kinds of mistakes that Bush did.
