No trade! Even if the PS3 still had BC, I doubt that the PS3s could play all PS2 and PSOne titles. PS2 can play 100% of all PS2 games. For $100 bucks off, I find that a cheap deal that Ebgames is putting out. I rather pay the full price of the PS3 and keep my PS2 and my three games.

mroca: but thats ridiculous! if you'd rather pay full price, why not trade in your PS2 and 3 of your least liked games (that qualify), buy the PS3, and go back and buy the PS2.

You just got yourself a brand new PS3 and new (and more reliable/less likely to fail) PS2.

launch ps3s were able to play EVERY ps2 and ps1 game. then the newer models could only play "most" of the ps2 game sna dall ps1 games and the newest cant play any ps2 but ALL ps1 games.

this is such a buy. Brand new ps3 for a possibly 6 year old ps2.
