Around the Network

::chuckle:: Well, I will be just fine. No complaints here. I'll be able to use my Wii just fine, even though the Nintendo Forums, which I never used before, will be down.

Meh.

I actually had used the Nintendo forums before...and I still don't care.

Like I said, there's lots of forums out there...plenty of people to talk to if you want.

LEFT4DEAD411.COM
Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

look here.

seems paradossal:

You banned me for not living in america.
I want to explain you the situation:
1)
your european site is down for 3 months now–>this is a shame.
I have an question:
Do you really care about your customer???
then
I said taht i’m not american…
I can make another account and say anything to you.
I don’t care if you want to regionalize also the internet!!!
we have a problem!!!!
the problem is not that i’m not living in america.
the problem is that YOUR european site is down for 3 entire months now.
IF YOU WANT TO REGIONALIZE THE INTERNETS THEN YOU NINTENDO AS A COMPANY HAVE
TO ASSURE THAT ALL,I REPEAT, ALL REGIONALIZED SITE ARE FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
OUT THERE THERE ARE 4 MILLIONS NINTENDIANS READY TO REGISTER TO YOUR SITE.
AND NOT ALL OF THEM ARE FAIR LIKE ME TO TELL YOU…
WITH THIS BAN YOU LOSE.
YOU DIDN’T HELP A NINTENDIANS THAT FOR YOU FAULT HAS NO POSSIBILITY TO HAVE
AN OFFICIAL COMMUNITY…
FOR WHAT I CAN SAY THERE WILL BE MORE OR LESS 300 NEW USER COMING FROM
EUROPE IN NEXT WEEKS.
YOU REALLY WANT TO SEARCH AND BAN ALL THESE PEOPLE???
YOU NINTNEDO AS A COMPANY LEFT EUROPEANS WITHOUT AN OFFICIAL COMMUNITY FOR 3
MONTHS NOW WITHOUT ANY RESONABLE REASON.
THIS IS REALLY A SHAME…
WE ARE NINTENDIANS AND WE ARE COMING…

Around the Network

You do realize that upgrading a network is far from a simple task especially if you plan to incorporate vast sweeping changes? You need to develop some patience be building a new system from scratch they could provide far greater functionality which is of benefit to the consumer.

Europe is a region of dozens of countries, dozens of languages, dozens of governments, and dozens of vastly different cultures. About the only thing unified is a currency. Something tells me that hinders progress, and perhaps quality to one degree or another. So based just on your situation you should lower your expectations somewhat.

I about guarantee you that the Americans on this site will not raise a stink at all. We are talking about some forums, and quite frankly there are thousands to choose from. Hell official forums are often the most restrictive forums. I recommend that you really think about this gripe. Join another community and contribute. I am sure Nintendo lists off dozens of fan sites to go check out.

I think I'll be just fine with Nintendo.com downtime. I rarely, if ever, use the site. It will not affect my gameplaying, and it will not affect what games I purchase.

Why in the hell did you start freaking out in that email? That's just going to get you banned more, and ignored more. No one wants to negotiate with someone who just screams at people.

I agree.

but I want to remember you that nintendo is the biggest companby in videogames, also I with my poor site can mirror the pages and update with calm test and then publish new portal...

they simply can mirror the site...

let user on forum...

and test new portal on mirror one...

as many sites do when they upgrade...

ask why in many site also big sites they don't need to close the forum for months...

we are not speaking of hours or days or week...

we are speaking of months!!!!!!

look at european portal...

is an unique site with language sub sites...

(not all countries ...some like scandiavian or austrian are separate sites)

the pan-european site is based in germany, and admin from there...

the local admins simply update and translate news and manage forum...

so there aren't many different sites, but only one with subsites,if you look english news are literally translated in german ,spanish, french and italian site after a while...

this is all the "complexity"...

infact my complaint is not: " oh my god i'm without official site i'm gonna die"...

i've my "poor" site...

FREE friends code exchange,LEAGUES for main wfc games,"alternative"news,PERSONAL BLOGS for USERS,NINTENDO WIKI,we organize live gatherings with NintedoRave.it friends, etc...

and all no profit!!!

Think that i put free banners for shops that have good prices for nintendo stuff

we are few but good!!!

my complaint is about nintendo managment...

simply orrendus...

i can't post my topic on NOA...

they deleted it immediately...that was not polite...

in that topic I introduced my self.

told them that i was european.

explained the situation.

and asked "asylum" waiting for NOE forum online again...

there were many user welcome me and my friend, and encourage us for NOE situation...

but they deleted it...

as you can see I often prove what I say.

in this case since they deleted a topic of a user asking very polite and kind asylum for noe situation...

i cannot prove how polite i was in my first contact with them...

i thought that NOA was better than NOE...simply i was wrong...

now also NOA community is down and we really don't know if they ever will be online again...

this is situation...

i explained it in july after the first months without NOE community...

 we can only wait...

in june they write"in few hours"

3 months aren't "few hours"

simply we can't trust their words...

ALKO, this is the second time you've made this thread, you're complaining about minor things, and you're making less and less sense as this goes on.

I'm betting Nintendo's various forums have a policy against advertising other forums and websites too.
