So I've run through 1-1 yet again, and I've noticed a few cool numbers:

  • You get ~4500 souls by killing everything in the level except for the dragons and whatever lies in wait behind the two locked doors.
  • You get ~2500 souls by killing all of the above except for the red faced knight.

Now if only I had the means to take on the dragons, could open those two locked doors, and could figure out how to get to the area to the left of the bridge...

We're filling backorders for Demon's Souls tomorrow according to the time frames listed in previous update from April 27, 2009 which may be viewed below this paragraph. As mentioned earlier, new orders that are placed now will not ship until mid-late May when the next production of the game is finished. There is NO surplus stock being printed by Sony and it appears that they're only producing enough to fill confirmed orders from dealers. I.e, if a vendor doesn't submit an order weeks in advance, they're not getting any from each successive production run.

 

Some bad news regarding the availibility of this game. By the sounds of it, they are only producing enough to fill orders from import companies. It has pretty steadily backordered at online shops for two months now, and that situation doesn't look like it's going to change any time soon. Anyone wanting a copy soon pretty much has to go to ebay for the time being.

The only reason there aren't many more people talking on here about it is because there aren't that many of us that have it.

 

 

I know I want this game but I can't afforde to Import it right now and tbh I'v been getting really tired for FPS games since I mostly played them since last August (Bad Company, R2,COD WaW, L4D, Bioshcok and now KZ2) I need some good old third person action game :D


really hoping to hear something about this in E3 the only thing from Japan that I care about now
