PS#2 I'm a Kinght BTW so my movment and evading are very slow thanks to the heavy armor but it looks bad ass though.

Well, I'd suggest raising each stat to a minimum (like 16 for faith giving you two faith slots or 18(?) for three magic slots) then concentrate on what is imperative.
I just started the game again, just killed the Phalanax again. Anyone hae any tips on what I should do now? I am a Knight. I should get some healing magic and stuff? :/ I used too many healing grasses on my past accounts.

yes, you should go after the BBQ dragon god. hit it with two giant arrows on both side, then finish it with soul arrow magic if you can cast magic
you can learn one of the most powerful spell "firestorm" with its soul
bring water veil magic with you, wear thief ring, hide behind the pillars, be patient
