Fake for 2 reasons.

1. Nintendo never allows early 'leaks' of their material to be released. And its laughable to think some 'guy' was able to obtain random images of the new Zelda. They are also infamous for hardly showing previews of their games until very late production.
2. Miyamoto has already stated that the next Zelda won't follow the Ocarina/Wind Waker/Twilight Princess formula.
