To intro this, I'm gonna say that I was a dork for this property since I played the Dataeast game on SNES.  Darkest rpg on the system, and maybe most mature game, I was in love.  Got the genesis one too, which was actually way better, almost an oblivion style game.  So I got into the game, the sourcebooks, the novels, everything.  I know all about it and am a major loser for it.

So I was mad when I heard that the 360 game would be a shooter with no story.  Real mad, I didn't even play it until recently.  I tried the demo for a bit actually, it's neat as shooters go, and has a lot of the source material in game, and in the movies in it.

My question tho is this, is it any deeper thasn the demo?  Will cool things happen, or will it be deathmatch after deathmatch?  I will buy it either way, but I'll get it today if it has even a tiny bit more story to it .. .

Also is it popular at all online still?

To answer your question, I bought it, played Deathmatch and CTF for an hour, then considered returning it because the devs forgot to put the rest of the game in.

if you like the borefest such as COD4 or Halo 3 then dont, if you actuallly like good fps Shadowrun fits pretty good

its alright but the multiplayer is really fun. but i havnt tried the game in months so idk if many people still play it but im sure they do
