PSN store doesn't suck, but it certainly has some catching up to do. The best strengths of the PSN store are the free themes and wallpapers, PSP demos and downloadable games, and the option to buy a few retail games over the service. There are many areas though that show the difference in polish between both stores, and I would say one of the biggest is mandatory demos for all XBLA and Community games, which is something PSN sorely lacks. With the amount of games Sony publishes themselves, it's actually very inexcusable on their part to not have implemented it at this point. Microsoft has to deal with far more third party publishers over XBLA and not one hiccup with a demo not arriving to this day.

from my point of view as a psp owner i say it suck balls. it's pretty much empty space like in the 80' polish shops when there was only mustard and vinegar cause everything else you could buy once or twice a month thanks to goods voucher.
psp can play music yet we don't have music store.
psp can be used as video player yet there is only few years old movie/game trailers(not even sony is bothering to put trailers for their own games and movies). we can forget about psp related VOD service.

there's almost none psp themes and wallpapers - only few and still not even sony is bothering to put wallpapers and themes for their own games/movies. you can find thousands of sony games/movies related wallpapers and themes for free on many websites yet there are non on ps store.
it lacks in everything.

Last Time I was on the Marketplace it didn't offer Flower.

As such, the PSN store is far superior in my view.

I wont say it sucks but it could use a little more, there is a huge lacking in demos...(still no Resistance 2 demo? Warhawk demo released over a year after its release!) there could be a lot more PS1 classics in the store. and if they ever do patch in an emulator as the rumors have stated then PS2 games on the store would be a big seller. overall they are improving they just need more

The US and Jap playstation stores dont suck .. .the EU one is trash, and im stuck with it :(
