hey i'm just F*ing sick of people laways knocking on Wii games for being able to do it in real life.  Ooh go outside and exercise (wiifit), go play real tennis, bowling, ect (wiisports) and tons of others.

 

Should games only be things that you can't do LEGALLY in real life.  thats a stupid "mature" persons attitude.

Anyways, lightsaber is a way better idea. I'd gladly destroy my TV, my entire room, and maybe whack a few people on accident just to have fun playing with that.

 

EDIT: Well on second thought, perhaps that's a bit overboard.

PS3 was released before Wii, so PS3 technically had the motion before Wii.

Oh and btw, Halo was killed long ago by a game called Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare.

And the Guitar Hero, Rock Band, Steering Wheels and flight controllers are also gimmicks to?  The Wii has a more universal controller for these type games, but that doesn't mean that XBox and PS3 specific controllers are gimmicks.

 

 

It's a 3rd party controller that most developers will not utilize and it's stated to be released for the Wii also. There is no need for damage control.

         Sales, reviews (both 94 metacritic), and the sheer amount of online player matches  (still going to this day) say otherwise my friend......
