There is no discernible difference between a film being presented in 480p or 1080p, or films highly compressed and not compressed at all. However, the difference between a 690p game and 720p game is night and day.

"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY."  --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials

Okay, what does that have to do with this thread?

These are the extremist MS fanboys and not all.

17) jRPGs have cliched plots with similar types of protagonists (usually femmie). Of course, FPS and wRPGs could never have any cliche elements (like BSM or Orcs). If a jRPG is a taken Sony exclusive, it's best to ignore the previous two sentences for the time being.

That one gave me an idea. Thanks.

The Blu-ray vs. other media arguments.

1) How many NON-Bundled PS3 exclusives outsold the NON-Bundled Mass Effect?

Oh, please. How much do you think bundles added to LBP's sales? And even then, a failure which has been out for six months coming close to a success that has been out for one and a half years...

400,000-500,000 since it's worldwide.

Plus ME sold 95% of it's number in its first 6 months too, on a smaller userbase, without forced bundles.

Have a read of 16)

Also, I very much doubt it's that much, seeing as LBP was only ever bundled in Europe, and it wasn't forced, it was optional.

aah, good 'ol LBP, Down to £17.99 within about 6 weeks of its release and now selling brand new at an amazon near you in the UK for only £12.99, eventually they are going to be giving this game away to boost sales numbers.

Kids are Kids, from both sides that is..

I understand the OP made this to be sarcastic, cleverly done.

I laugh at stupid claims, and without them the internet wouldnt be the same

You do know that Sony doesn't give a damn about arbitrary numbers on a website with 40,000 members, right?

The fact of the matter is that it's a double million seller, it's made a tidy profit (it had 37 people working on it!), and I don't care if Joe CrazzyMan said it would sell 15 million first week, it's a success!

Why don't we compare LBP to some successes on the 360?
