That was a surprisingly balanced article. I expected demonizing, but mostly just saw common-sense advice.

you do realize the doctor said it was the exact same injuries he sees from tennis elbow or a picture hurting his shoulder from piching right?

 

they would be in the same pain, throwing out your arm doesn't matter what you threw it out doing.

Didn't get the joke at first, quietly (not quietly enough, apparently) said it out loud, and when everyone around me started reacting to it, I said "ohhhhh shit".
