Madworld is a game based on arcade style gameplay, purposely cartoonish graphics and motion control.

I agree, but that's not going to stop them from claiming it. Threads like this have been done before, one by me. And they will never stop saying that it would've sold better on PS3/360. Never.

In the long term, Madworld has much potential to sell. Wii gamers are less likely to be energized by Gamepro and GameInformer. So they buy games at their own pace.

The extra processing power in the ps3 and 360 is useless in an arcadish game like madworld.

The high definition is useless in a game like madworld.

The blu-ray is useless.

And don't get me wrong, some games work better on the PS3 and 360. Littlebigplanet obviously uses the PS3s processing power.

But madworld was built completely around the wii and with the wii in mind. Just because it is Mature in theme doesn't mean it is on the wrong system.

hm? I liked GTA2 on my PC and from the videos GTA:CW seemed to play quite similarly.

And if you want to say these people are "wrong" (as your threadtitle states), then you HAVE to explain yourself - you loaded the burden to proof it onto yourself with that formulation.
