freedom of speach only applies to government censorship. So public speaking/printing is not censored, but you can still get in trouble for slander and what not.
Since this is a private forum, you have no freedom of speach on this website despite any national rights, as they only protect you from the government. If a newspaper wants to censor a writer, then that is totally up to the private organization.
Anyways, your post clearly said "Pople who don`t like nintendo is ignorant racist scum west is best cowboys." not this crap that you are trying to argue about how anyone who is a rascist is a scum. and you have a moderation list a mile long.
Also, I'm locking this thread, and if you have a problem with moderators bring it up with Naznatips.
