Just as it has done with the Wii Wheel, Wiil Zapper (Link's Crossbow Training) and Game Party, Gamestop is charging a $5 premium over the MSRP for Wii Motion Plus.

A lot of other retailers have done with with the wheel and zapper (though no one else did it with the Midway mini-game collection). I wonder if the game will be available at $20 anywhere.  (It is at Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Wii-MotionPlus-Nintendo/dp/B001TOQ8NO/ref=sr_tr_1?ie=UTF8&s=aps&qid=1239991656&sr=8-1)

And the irony is that the CEO of Gamestop talked about the Wii needing a price cut this week because of slowing sales (and this was before NPD released).

Why do people continue to shop at shitstop?

Place is 10x worse to it's employees than it's customers and we all know how badly the customers are treated.
go to best buy or target Play n Trade or online at Amazon or something or anything other than that craphole corp.

UK I guess play.com.
Game is their Gamestop...oh wait they sell stuff older than PS2 so maybe Play n trade equiv.

Best Buy is notorious for charging more in smaller stores -- as in more than the MSRP.

 

Personally, I take advantage of Gamestop's seven days no questions asked return policy on used games. If it stinks, I am not stuck.

wowo i will def. not buy mine from gamestop..! its like when they made wii fit so expensive way more than the suggested retail price! i dont care if it is demand, u cannot do that.. ;___;

If all these places want to lose to pure online retailers like Amazon.com then that's their choice.

My kids and I take advantage of that policy also.  Thats about the only good policy Gamestop has.
