Punch Out and Excitebots won't help HW at all. DQX is probably 2012, MH3 and WSR will.
M+ will help as well, but how much? What else is there to keep the flow going? Nothing big, the Gundam game is multiplat with the PSP, the RE game and Tales of Graces are Winter 2009/2010, FFCC:CB isn't getting released this year. What is there to help the Wii sell more hardware? Nothing so far. Besides FFXIII is coming to the PS3 at the end of the year. Nintendo better have something to fight that off.
I see things getting really deep if after E3 there's not at least 5 - 6 enormous huge announcements that can keep the Wii selling.
Besides the Wii sold less than the PS3, so no and almost got caught by the 360. People are concerned because the drop the Wii has had YoY is the biggest drop in the history of videogaming. If that doesn't scare you, I dont know what will.
To tell the truth, I'm happy about this, it's good to see how hard you have to get hit when you fall asleep on your victory, so that you can wake up again... Wake up again to see you have lost all of what you built up. And this time it will be almost impossible to climb up as high as they did before this drop. At least in Japan I see big troubles coming up for the Wii if Nintendo doesnt react in a matter of weeks max.
