It's still pretty impressive and unbelievable that the PS3, while still coming in last of the 3 consoles, is still that close to a much cheaper competitor. Kudos to them.

How is it the more casual-oriented Others regions has stronger HD console sales than the FPS loving NA? And weaker Wii sales? Must be American's need to lose weight.

Japan will decrease the 360 PS3 gap to around 20k, PS3 really does not need a price cut right now. With the GT5 rumours flooding in, £250 PS3 + GT5 will be a killer whenever it arrives.
