I am very excited for this game and prototype. After that heavy rain, uncharted 2, Xedge, White knight chronicles and many more. One thing is for sure I will be very poor this year.

At first I thought the game was going to fall into the boring sandbox category;
Iron Man
Hulk
Superman
Spiderman
Prototype
gta4

But watchin all the vids on it, and lookin at gameplay and plot etc, this game just keeps lookin better and better.

I have to admit. When I saw the first trailer for this game at E307 I thought the idea was cool and I was behind it. Then the long wait, and some not so interesting showings had me worried. Now though, everyone in the gaming press is really behind this game. To me this is a very good sign, as inFAMOUS has no reason to hype people besides the fact that it is good. The series is a brand new IP so this is the game laying the foundation for the series. I will deffinatly be buying this game day one, but I will be very interested to see the reviews.

With the current knowledge of the title I would put my hype at a 6/10. From the bit that the media has seen, they say it is great, and if it can keep the good vs. bad freash throught the game, then it should be AAA.

Just picked up the demo code today, when the demo finally releases and I can play it, that will decide if I'm going to get this game honestly...

I see a lot of aspects akin to TFU like throwing lightning at weak enemies lol but it's done in an open world environment and from a developer that has never disappointed me, so hopefully it's got more depth :) Otherwise the next games I'm picking up are Batman (go by a gamestop and play the demo it kicks ass!) and The Conduit

^ Looks like a lot like TFU to me. I would have liked choices for powers but the game looks promising, waiting for a demo first. The videos seem really bland and made me less hyped.
