Imagine if all countries followed the codes, laws, and practices of their founders. This world wouldn't have made much progress. And yes, you are confused politically. And you're a "realist?" Are the rest of us just blind people, where you're living in the real world where seceding from the United States is the best thing to do?

Didn't you have a Lincoln avatar at some point? Nice job trying to destroy his work.

Does nobody on this fuckin thread listen.  It is not about the Civil War (I am a Union guy).  It is about socialism vs individual states against an overbearing Obama admin.  Let me do a Chistian Bale: What don't you fucking understand?

I am sick and tired of explaining myself to people who continously want to insult and not professionally add to the conversation.

I'm confused. So it's about two enemies(Socialism vs. individual states) that are both combating an overbearing Obama administration? So isn't the enemy of your other enemy actually your friend? So socialism and individual states are buddy-buddy then?

How would you like us to professionally add to the conversation? Should we get our degrees first, or do you just want us to get paid for our writing?

Just wait a couple of years to understand.  I'm done with this bull.

So in a couple of years I'll understand socialism vs. individual states combating an overbearing Obama administration? Wouldn't socialism and individual states need to first stop fighting so they could combat this evil administration?

Also am I going to understand professional political writing in a couple of years because you've seen into my future and I receive a professional degree in the field? That's cool. It isn't where I thought I'd be, but it's not bad by any means.

Bottom line IMO:

At the end of the day Republicans claimed the world was a great place to live when Bush was president. But as soon as Obama, a liberal socialist who is black and most likely atheist, comes into power almost overnight they begin to play the underdogs. Claiming that the country has gone down the tubes, society has broken up, financial crisis has hit (as though it didn't with Bush) and if we are not careful he will take away your freedoms (which if you wanna talk about that lets talk Bush).

Don't worry, the Democrats did the same thing when Bush was in power.

That's my summary of American politics in the past few years anyway

Wow mikey he gets it!  For the record, I didn't agree with any of the last part of Bush's presidency.  Let businesses fail and let the free market work.

I don't think he's agree with you so much as he is owning you. The point is that the moment they lose power , conservatives immidiately get whiny and bitchy and COMPLETELY forget that the problems were caused by them and lay everything on someone whose plans haven't even BEGUN to take any effect.

I guess everyone forgot how Dems bitched during the last 8 years.  Now its your turn to take it and if you can't get the hell out of the political kitchen.

I thought you said you were "done with this bull?"

Wait wait. I don't remember people crying to secede. Do you? Maybe someone else does. Onyx? Montana? Anyone?

Also, as you can tell, we were right to bitch. Country's in such a recession that people are living in modern-day hoovervilles. So realistically, we were right, you were wrong. Cause now we're in deep shit of what you advocated and we bitched about.

Do you have food, clothes, a car, a nice house, friends family, nice way of life, and more than soup/1 baked potato for a whole day's meal?  This is nothing like 1929.  Look up the CRA which was started by Dems and look @ how Bush called out Frannie and Freddie in 2002 as well as McCain in 2005 http://www.govtrack.us/congress/record.xpd?id=109-s20060525-16 .

I knwo I said i was going but I was hoping that F5 wouldn't work.... I can't help it.

So... How did we get to 1929 right now? I was talking about the current very real recession (it's a recessoin when your neighbour doesn't have a job, it's a depression when you don't have a job).

To be fair a lotof people were claiming there would be a new Civil War.

Usually do to class warfare, despite the fact that Bush was one of the best presidents in regard to keeping the rich from getting richer.

So really this is just another Democrats vs. Republicans thing, where it's revenge time now for having to put up with Dems shit for 8 years? Yawn. You said yourself you didn't approve of Bush's last few years, so obviously you agree with the Democrats on that one.

Tell me again about that 9-12 project and how it's supposed to bring everybody together and that seceding from the union and how it's suppose to tear everybody apart and how both are just fronts so you can address a Congress you have no intentions of visiting?
