Most unlikely. The next in the GTA4 series is possible but GTA5 isn't likely to release until next generation.

I love this game, i still playing it and cant wait for the sequel.

I am going to say my prediction to. metacritics 93, and sales like fable 2, first week 800k-1m and 3 millions ltd.

And yes, i will be the game of the year (at least nominated by many)

Shepard isn't dead! Just collected
My GOTY whatever year it comes out. Cannot wait for it. Will probably play ME1 twice more before ME2 drops.
600K 1st week....Around 3.2m LTD
If it isn't out until 2010 they should just wait until holiday season. Maximize sales and make sure bugs and technical issues are banished from final build!



Playing: Borderlands(great co-op,HUGE amount of content),Too Human(better late than never lol),Saints Row 3(Penetrator ftw),Minecraft 360,Harry Potter Lego. 

Patiently waiting for:  Tomb Raider, Borderlands 2

I think your definition of "proper RPG" is "JRPG". It is absolutely an RPG, and a great one at that. And many would agree that RPGs of its type are more appealing than JRPGs.

Agreed 100%. When I first played through this game, I basically told every friend I had that they needed it, to come over and try it, and that it was the single greatest new IP of the generation.

Mass Effect 1 on the Xbox360 was a real mess. But the PC-Version was good. I think the PC-Version of Mass Effect 2 will be out in 2010 the 360-Version in 2009. And it is no question that the PC Version will be superior again.

I can't wait for this game to be honest. I've seen what it's capable of and I know for a fact it'll be damn good. Game of the year, maybe. It all depends on what 2010 has in store for us really, but even if it doesn't get game of the year. It'll be damn close.

Oh yes. I'm hyped. Mass Effect is arguably the best game this gen to many people. The second is gonna be epic. The story is very well told by Bioware so far. Bring it on.

Mass Effect 2 GOTY? Very high chance.

My 360 version is fine. Apart from some texture loading issues, it ran absolutely fine. Also the PC version fixed it but was still apparant. And from what I saw of my mates copy the PC version basically looked the same just capable of higher res than 720p.

I'm not gonna discuss the GTA5 in 2010 thing cos its at least funny.

Bout the FFXIII

FFXIII represents all the things that JRPG fans got bored of, full of meaningless anachronisms and things that used to impress the 15 year old PSX owners playing FFVII back in the day.

Mass Effect represents all the brave steps that Western Game Industry has taken towards the direction of making better abd better RPGs.

Mass Effect Best Game this Gen

Mass Effect 2 is gonna RAPE Mass Effect 1.

Am I hyped enough? Good...
