Please make another (exclusive) MGS game.

This is bizro statment of the year. there is less Codec chatter and more cutscenes. If I have to choose between a still picture of snake chatting on a walkie talki or a cut scene I'll take the cutscene.

Please Kojima, do it and never listen to Onyxmeth. MGS4 is to many including myself the best game of all time. Dont fix whats not broken (or in this case near perfect )

The Codec was used for telling the story in 98. That was bad. Beyond that, the Codec in the first 3 Metal Gears was used to flesh out EVERYTHING. It was your link to your support team. Got a new gun? Call Nastash or Sigint. They'll tell you all about it. New environment? Call Master or Eva. Need some background on how to beat a boss, or some random trivia or an inside joke? Codec, Codec, Codec!! In MGS 4, there was rarely anthing good to talk about, or anyone to talk to. Those little hints and slips of the tongue make the game more immersive! Example:

Snake: Can we trust her?
Col. Cambell: More than you can trust me.....

Intriguing stuff. MGS4 did away with a lot of that.

You guys, there's a pretty substantial difference between the codec and cutscenes.... And I thought it was fairly obvious in Onyx's post.

the codec lets the characters tell the story, but it doesn't take away the action. When you use the codec, you stand still, you don't watch Snake beat half the game himself.

Anyways, that's all I wanted to say.
