Why wouldnt you buy both??

INFAMOUS will have 17 weapons, all with 3 different levels of damage that can be upgraded.

PROTOTYPE you just turn your hands into boulders or knives or tentacles. Repetitive.

Because I don't have faith in Activision. Especially considering they made the Hulk and Spiderman games. Both of which I was not a big fan of.

Infamous looks better because it reminds me of the old school Spiderman games but gameplay wise we will know when both games release.

I will be getting both games if average reviews are higher than 85%.

Prototype looks better, but i'm not really interested in either.

The only people who really think Prototype will be a better game are those obsessed with hurting/killing people and being as sadistic as possible. These are the future serial killers of the world.

Proto just looks like a playground where you simply cause as much mayhem as possible with no real purpose NOR direction. It is in the same vain as GTA which is only popular because people like beating on hookers and old ladies.I hear it way too often, that Prototype is better then Infamous because it is "Gorefest". I find it sickening.

Gore/violence should not be the purpose of a game, it should be a device to further other points of the game. This is the kind thing that gets video games so much flack in the media for "influencing" small children to do terrible things(like putting their cat in the microwave :[ ).

Infamous on the other hand has substance(from what we have seen). It has a complex story, either sending you down the path of a champion or a path of a dictator. The gameplay looks solid and focused. It doesn't go "OOO!!! Look at me!!! I can do so many things that make no real sense WHY I can do them but I can do them anyway!!!!!". Instead they have taken the realistic(XMEN) aproach to Cole's abilities. You find one point....then elaberate on it. He can control electrons/electricity. He minipulates it in different ways to CREATE new abilites, without ever deviating from it. I find this much more believable. The game also boasts a free roaming world with plenty of GTA like missions to contend with.

INFAMOUS for me........but i will get both

Prototype hand down - looks as fun as it can get while Infamous is a little bit boring at least for me.
