I bought a sony handycam a few years ago and it was filled with pictures of a nice B.C. couple and their MASSIVE grow op. Marijuana plants 5 - 6 feet tall.

They said it was a brand new one! Doubt WM would sell a returned one as a new one.

They might. I dunno. We sell open item products at Best Buy. We don't do that for gaming consoles but I have heard that walmart has a really slack return policy so who knows?

those open items are marked so though. the consumer is aware the product has left BB hands into a 3rd parties (not knowing how it was treated) and knows they are taking a risk by buying pre-owned item for a small % off.

does BB have the same policies for these items or is it buyer bewarsold as is? also before reselling do they plug it in and turn it on to make sure it works?

You think that's bad!? MY PS3 is loaded with porn too! I don't know how such an aweso.....err.....terrible thing happened!!

And if the kid was 6, he should have gotten a DS. My little nephew (8 years old) got a white PSP for X-Mas a couple years back, and broke it on Christmas day!!
