those open items are marked so though. the consumer is aware the product has left BB hands into a 3rd parties (not knowing how it was treated) and knows they are taking a risk by buying pre-owned item for a small % off.
does BB have the same policies for these items or is it buyer bewarsold as is? also before reselling do they plug it in and turn it on to make sure it works?
