What the heck is the Apple Tax?

Apple Computers are PCs.

I don't think he's only talking about the computers but also their other products.

It is just like the Nike, Harley, Sony, and tax. Products that are overpriced yet under perform compared to the available competition.

As much as I love ducati motorcycles, you are paying for a name. I can get a motorcycle with similar performance, but 1/3 the maintenance, for 1/2 the cost.

EDIT: when I say sony though, I refer to their TV's and other overpriced products. Granted they are the best you can typically get something essentially the same for less.

I'd say PC forum, unless you're talking about something related to sales or gaming.

And seriously, if people troll, report their asses. They'll either learn to post more constructively, or stay out of Apple threads, or eventually earn themselves a permaban.
