The idea was brought up here, and I think it would be a great idea to add an Apple Forum. The iPod Phone and Touch are fairly relevent to gaming, and I think it would work out well if we made an Apple Forum so we could have a place to talk about Apple's Mac computers and it's iPod lines.
Who thinks it would be a good idea? Would it be useful and used enough?
we aren't exactly overflowing with apple related threads within the sales, gaming or offtopic section so I'm going to say it will be as lively as the PC forum...
Hmmmm, I am sure Apple related information could be funneled into the PC forum....(don't kill me PC loyalists, just a suggestion). As stated above, the PC forum support here is lacking....:(.....so having a Apple forum would probable be supported even less.
I would like it but there aren't many Apple fans here, when people talk about it it's usually to bash.

Where should we talk about Apple? Off Topic? As vlad just displayed, it seems almost all PC users on this site hate Apple, so starting an Apple thread in the PC discussion seems like a sure-fire way to make a thread that doesn't end well.

I don't think the iPod Touch/iPhone platform has progressed far enough to justify it, yet. Between the gaming forum and the PC forum, I think Apple products can fit in well enough.
If the problem is bashers coming in and derailing the thread into a flame war, maybe we just need more reporting and moderating to happen in Apple threads. It's quelled all the other faction wars well enough.
