This time last year, we knew about Gears 2, Fable 2, Banjo 3, Ninja Gaiden 2, Too Human, Left 4 Dead- every major game in the 360's 2008 lineup. Now all we know about for sure in 2009 is Halo ODST. So it would be nice if MS actually announced something soon. Anything they reveal at E3 for the first time won't release in the same year unless it's another Lips or Scene It game.

I think the key is DFC Intelligence.

It has been all over the place with its predictions.

So I would put no stock in them.

If X360 will manage to get out Alan Wake, Halo 3 ODST and Forza 3, it will be good enough.

Those are the PS3 games that we know about. From all those, I think only GT5 is likely to sell 5m.

True,  but all of them will in almost all likelihood sell over 2 million a piece.   The same I don't believe can be said for anything in the MS lineup that we know of.  Halo will sell but that's about it.

But u no very well that God of War 3 won't come in 2009. They always release in March. So God of War3 will be in March 2010.

And GT5 is not 2009 in the West. In Japan perhaps, but not in US/Europe.

 I think Infamous will struggle to sell more than 800,000 and Heavy Rain will do just slightly over 1 mill.

Let's have this talk after E3 and Microsoft announces no new games are coming out on the 360 this year.

I dont see good enough numbers to agree with you OP . And I still havnt seen PS3 exclusives selling well enough to further prove this.
