Xbox 360 has been more successful then Playstation 3 in the last 2 years, Xbox 360 was dominating Playstation 3 in both hardware & software sales but 2009 has been dry for Xbox.

According to a series of recent reports by the research group DFC Intelligence, the game industry is poised to see enormous overall growth in 2009,DFC estimates that the videogame market will swell to $47 Billion by 2009, a 42 percent increase over the $33 billion generated by the industry in 2006. That forecast includes revenue from videogame hardware and software.

As we all know that Playstation 3’s this year exclusive line-up is great and is already helping Sony get some decent sales, But Microsoft seems to be doing nothing in order to get their share from that $47 Billion there is no exclusive that is sure to make a splash this year.

I think Microsoft is already too late even if they announce some exclusives or yet another batch of (Paid For Exclusive DLC’s) they won’t be able to release them this year, I would suggest that we should sit back and relax this year and hope that next year won’t be the same as this.

I am sure Microsoft have some aces up their sleeves but shouldn’t they be rolled out by now.

Without a Sony price cut, Microsoft knows that they 'should' still outsell the PS3 on a week to week basis. So they still aren't 'losing' anything. They are just gaining less.

So yes, maybe Microsoft has gotten a little complacent in regards to their games this year. And has a big 2010 planned for it to battle the heavy hitters for the PS3 most likely pushed to 2010. (GoW3, GT5).

what is the point of this list?

Looks like the MS release list till April....Showing you that it's full of bad, terrible games in 2008 and that 2008 turned out alright after E3.  Is the point I'm guessing he is sending out.

To show that there was not very much coming out on the 360 arond this time last year. It also had less than 10 exclusives.

I'm not gonna post the 2009 list, but there are more games on it.
