Working in the largest retail chain in the US I'll give word if a permanent price drop occurs, but Wheelman was actually sell well where I work. Riddick on the other hand seemed to be moving "average" units for a new release.

I blame Vin Diesel ever since the Pacifier I can't stand seeing his face instead of Jason Statham's. Not to mention the Wheelman game looked really bad I watched my friend play and it looked like a really bad version of GTA.

How is Weelman doing on the charts? Is it tracked yet?

Riddick I think will come up in next weeks numbers.

Im pretty sure both games will sell bad, just a couple of hundred thousand copies tops.

Can't say about Riddick, but Wheelman bombed hard (as did Wanted, Silent Hill, Star Ocean). At this point, I think it's getting extremely hard for new IP to compete with established big name franchises on the HD consoles.

Gears of War was a new IP this gen !
Uncharted, Resistance, LBP, Mass Effect, and Bioshock sold well for new IPs.

damn didnt know they were that low priced so soon they werent so good reviewed games so that could be the reason they didnt do good i liked the cover system in Riddick though

riddick is a good deal, u get escape from butcher bay and the new single player game assault on dark athena. 2 games for $40, i am picking up my copy tomorrow.
